"Great hotel on 7th floor of a shopping complex, just mere steps away from the JR station. Room was clean and safe, and staff were helpful. Remember to request for two free tram ride tickets at reception."

"It was such a pleasure living at this lovely hotel. It is extremely convenient being located so close to the railway station and good shopping area. There are many restaurants serving a good variety of food around the hotel. It is clean, both in the common areas and the room. The breakfast was generous with a good spread of local food.
