"I have stayed at he property when there was earthquake 28/3/2025. what I liked is that the hotel is strong and the lobby , pool side is well decorated. But the hotel rooms looks old, lights not working. No floor In-charge, which is a major drawback."

"Having landed on the evening of the Earthquake impact, everything was chaotic and they ended up downgrading me to a standard room as the premium room was damaged due to the quake. This room also had cracks and made me really worried being on a high floor. However next day I was upgraded to a suite and that compensated for the 1st night. The breakfast was very good but not much of other services available for a 5 star. "
