Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave the hotel. This is a good system to make sure you don’t lose your room keys when traveling outside. Free breakfast was included and it is common Japanese style breakfast buffet. Coin Laundry is great as there is also a dryer. "
