"Excellent location with nearby stations and Luup bikes to get around. Staff were friendly and it was easy to understand the amenities in English. The hot springs and saunas are not tattoo-friendly and the signage is very clear, which was a bit disappointing but is an important part of respecting the culture. The breakfast was amazing, the first hotel breakfast that I really felt was worth it!"

For some persons it might be disturbing, but as we love trains a lot, we quite enjoy it. The service and the staffs are excellent. The front desk service is very helpful."
