"Let me start with this property is amazing. The property feels very traditional Japanese home. If you want to have an authentic Japanese experience don’t look further. This place is in a local neighborhood and is very calm and quiet. There are local restaurants near by. Transportation is good and close to Disneyland. One bus away from property."

"まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"

"The house was very well kept and the was ample room for my group of 6 to stay. Despite it being a ways outside of Tokyo center, the quiet neighborhood was a nice change of pace when getting back after a long day in the city. Grace was a wonderful host well was very quick to respond with any"

"Location was terrible, garbage collection and sewer collection across the road not to mention the runway and shakes the structure when they take off. Place had an odor of mold in it. When we arrived it was a cold rainy day and our room was just above freezing. Took 5 hours with the lack of insulation in the house to warm up enough to remove our coats. "New, clean, with a very accommodating and hospitable staff. Toddler tableware was already there when we checked in, and they brought us a high chair when we asked. Airport transfers available if you let them know ahead of time. "

"Our family of 7 enjoyed our one month stay at Mrs. Sakura's house in Narashino. We created many wonderful, lifelong memories during our time and had fun visiting nearby Chiba, Tokyo and Yokohama. Mrs. Sakura was an excellent host and the property was very clean and comfortable for our large group. Highly recommend, 5 stars all around!"

"If you have a family of seven or have a large group, my advice is to go with a home. Even though this location is in between Narita Airport and Tokyo, the 15-minute or so walk from the home to the Fusa train station is doable. You just have to make sure with the train schedule that you are able to catch the last train back from Tokyo to Fusa at night. "A great property well located within 6-7 minutes walk to Kasai station, very modern and in a quiet location, close to local grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The property was a little small for 4 adults with luggage, however this seems to be quite typical for Japan. Overall we would stay here again and it was good value-for-money!"

"A nice and cozy hotel/apartment style room. I booked for a family of 4 for 2 nights and I'm glad we decided to not bring our 2 big suitcases with us. The room would've been very tight with large suitcases in the room. We did overnight backpack bags instead. The room itself was overall clean but we did notice stains on the couch and had to give it a good wipe down ourselves. The hotel is close to train stations and grocery stores. "For solo travelers or couples visiting Disney, this hotel is a great option. The location is convenient, with a bus stop just around the block that takes you directly to the Disney parks. Exceptional service, great value for your money

"We stayed for 5 nights I actually found this Hotel by accident as other hotels were either sold out or overpriced for this time period in tokyo. Yes, it is a bit far from tokyo (about 1 hour) but the hotel offers free shuttle to/from the airport,Aeon Mall, and Narita train station. An exceptional value in my opinion. If you don't mind riding the regular commuter train, I discovered Keisei railways has a one way trip into Tokyo for under Y1000. What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the exceptional customer service that they offer. Numerous special requests were honored, beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay here again !!! "

Fantastic place to stay.

"This was a fantastic place to stay after travelling for nearly 24 hours. The shuttle is very easy to use and recognize, the staff are super helpful and welcoming and everything you need is on site. I was warmly greeted on arrival with staff who communicate in some English, enough for me to figure out what they are saying. Lawson's is brilliant for snacks or souvenirs, there is also a wonderful gift shop. I ate at 'Serena' and the coffee shop on the first floor. Food was delicious in both places. If you go up to the 11th floor there is a great place to sit and watch the planes come and go. For it's proximity to the airport, you would hear the occasional plane but that didn't worry me. If I ever come back to Japan, I will stay here again. I will recommend it to anyone who travels here too. "
