I have stayed here before. This hotel has a fairly large hot spring facility with various types of baths and saunas. This is free to use for hotel guests. The hotel is a short walk from Miebashi monorail station.

Disappointed with Hotel is not included “onsen” service. If need to “onsen” , must be buy the ticket with hotel , but hotel & staff is no mention about that before booking or check-in. Parking is Valet Parking, need to pass the key to hotel. But I received the rent car company their call to asking about the car alarm is keep going off last night. but hotel have notice me or take any action. Overall this hotel not friendly with travelers , not helpful with their staff. “Onsen” not included, parking service is bad. compare with my hold trip, this is the worst hotel in my trip.

スタッフの対応が笑顔で親切、丁寧。リニューアルしているが客室のエアコンは老朽化している。部屋の扉は力いっぱい押さないと閉まらないため、防犯対策は微妙。値段的には良心的、温泉もある、アクセス便利なので、また利用するかもしれない。

日ごろから湿度の高い沖縄のホテルは、部屋の中が多少カビ臭かったり、多少は覚悟をしておりましたが、シャワールーム内のシャワーカーテンについては、ある程度のカビが繁殖して消えないのであれば、なるべく早く新しいものに取り替えた方が良いと思います。 見た目が少し不衛生に感じました。

広くて、キレイ。温泉にも入れて良かった。 ランドリーに鍵が掛けられて、プライバシーは守られていいけれど、乾燥まで終わらないと使えないので、回転が遅いのが難点かな。フロントを通すので、空いたら連絡をもらえるのは嬉しい。
