It was a little difficult to pull up and take items out of your car if you are driving, but that’s only bc the road is very narrow leading to the hotel. the parking garage they suggest is very close though. The staff were very friendly and our rooms were nice and clean. Nice onsen area. We would stay again!"

"Hotel seems new, clean, quiet. Great location by the tram stop and near the station though it is an uncovered walk in the snow. Bathroom floor is level with the room. Sliding screens for the window so much better than curtains and block out 100% of the light. TV is small but HDMI port is easily accessible. Good breakfast.
