壁が薄く隣の部屋の音が自分の部屋でなっているように感じます。また、トイレがとても流れにくくとても難儀しました。全体的に老朽化が進んでいる感じでした。ただ、値段が安く無料ですがWi-Fiもあり、立地も良い方だと思うので、今後も選択肢に入るかなと思います。
