"Me quedé en Casa Saer el mes de diciembre de 2023. Creo que la gente de administración tenía buen corazón. Vea a la gente reunida en el hotel para las festividades navideñas. Vea también las fotos de mi ducha que dan una evaluación honesta de este hotel. No hay agua caliente, pero no creo que sea necesaria y mi evaluación se realizó en diciembre. "Check in took some time my reservation was not easy to find. I had been in transit for 24 hours with many problems with gate changes etc. The more I stay in Minagua I realize Los Pinos was the best for me. "

"Casa de los Berrios is in the center of Leon, the owner is a very nice lady that helped me with everything, even let me stay a few hours after check out. The room was clean, the place has a lot of greenery and birds. Feels like a nature in town :)"

"My experience with this hotel was awful from the beginning. I had booked three rooms for the night. Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. After going back and forth and showing them the confirmation Expedia sent me back in August when I booked this hotel (our stay was in November) they ended up giving us three rooms. The...

"We arrived in Managua late evening and Casa Lucia had a driver waiting for us.Claudio greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel at home. Claudio and his mother were very accommodating. The breakfast menu had a nice variety and the coffee was excellent. Location was great, bars & restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely recommend and stay there again."

"La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%."

"It was nearby my family’s home. Near shops, markets, and close to one of the military installations which kept it relatively safe. The hotel is a bit dated, however it was comfortable, it has ac, and the breakfast was great. Additionally the staff were great. I recommend anyone who comes to stay a few days in Managua to stay here as it’s also close to the port and Central Park. "
