Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. Close to shopping and the market. The staff are extremely kind. Best stay in Thailand so far in terms of relaxation. Away from the pollution of Bangkok and traffic of Phuket. Take a bus from Bangkok.
