"I have stayed at this property two times now and would come again another time. It is not a fancy resort but is a nice, clean place to stay right on the beach with a friendly staff and good restaurant. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance and many more within short drive. Right on Lipa Noi bay, enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property even has two kayaks available for customers. "

"Basic, good quality accomodation on the most beautiful peaceful beach I've ever seen. It's a very quiet area but there are two excellent restaurants nearby on the beach. The family who run the place are lovely and very helpful"

"Generally it was value for money. However the room I stayed in was poor. Ancient tv, mismatching furniture, lamp and lights that didn’t work. On the upside the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. Trying to arrange a meal was a nightmare but the staff did their best to understand English. They were very friendly. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."
