The owners could be more informative about how to do things like lock the front door--another visitor from the UK had to spend some time figuring it out--and where all the power switches are located for the heat and shower. "Reserved apartment for a weekend getaway. Travelled up from West Mids, got to the apartment an hour b4 check in to be told the room wont be ready till 4pm! And the business was under “new management” therefore the building had been made available as a gesture to me n my friends to honour the booking!
