The Mill at Glynhir

3.5 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (63)
"What makes this B+B stand out is the attention to detail in making guests comfortable. Little things like providing body lotion, plenty of cups/mugs so you don't have to try to wash up, fresh milk, plenty of sockets for your phone etc and much more. On top of this the surrounding countryside is beautiful and quiet, the breakfasts excellent with plenty of choice, and the hosts provide a warm welcome."

"I’d give Melin Tregyb 5* for cleanliness and the room was large and airy with a very comfortable double bed. The owners were very quick to respond to emails but it would be comforting for me, as a solo traveller, to have an hour per day when the owners could be guaranteed to be in the building. "

"Had a lovely time staying here. Different from staying in a hotel. Hot drinks offered to us every time we came in. Beautiful big bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed. Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people. The Red Lion Hotel

3.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (6)
"We stayed in 'Edward' and it had 2 single beds pushed together, and that was about all that fitted in the room. It was not a double room, nowhere to open cases, no bedside table. Just not enough room for 2 people. We stayed Tuesday night and they did not serve meals on Tuesdays¡"

Glangwili Mansion

5.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (39)
"Glangwili Mansion is a beautiful upmarket B&B, quite as good as all the previous reviews have rated it. George and Linda could not have been more helpful, phoning a local GP and arranged...
