"The villa was amazing - huge 3 bedroom with a private pool. Service was equally good. Breakfast also great. However the pools were freezing cold and it kind of ruined our experience as the kids would jump in, almost freeze and be done with the pool in 2 minute. I noticed the other guests dreading going in.
