"We have just returned from a week away at Pigeon House. I can't fault the property - or the owners! Elaine and Adam were always quick to respond to queries and were on hand but kept a respectful distance. Pigeon House was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Elaine gave us a guided tour and showed us how everything worked. It was very well-equipped. Both bedrooms were lovely and the en-suites perfect - good showers, plenty of room (and toilet rolls!) more than enough towels and hand/body wash...

"The property was not fit for purpose with no working toilet, when I contacted the host she didn't arrange for a plumber to fix this so we had no working toilet during our stay which as you can imagine with 4 adults and 2 children in the property was not a pretty sight or smell. The motion sensitive light at the top of the stairs was very necessary. It would also be helpful to have a guide specific to the house, and not just a generic guide. Unfortunately had to take turn in staying downstairs as dogs are not allowed upstairs and our dog would not settle without us!
