Ehran, the son, was the person we were in touch with, he was very helpful and responsive all the time through WhatsApp. Even when the hotel is not located in Goreme, where most of the restaurants and coffee places are, it is very easy to get there from the hotel with public transportation. "Room had no ventilation and a musty smell. It was not properly cleaned. When we checked in the bathroom sink was dirty and full of red hair. There was a used bandaid on the flooor next to my bed. I cleaned these myself with hand sanitiser. The toilet paper ran out and was not refilled. Despite complaints rhat they did not clean the room after our first night, they continued not to service the room. "Almost all the rooms are exceptionally spacious and well-preserved. Cave room with a jacuzi is the finest ever especially for just married like us. Cleanliness and breakfast are 10/10. Frankly, hotel and rooms in general are far better than the photos itself. We made the reservation on a highly competative price.
