"Ürgüp Mustafapaşa mahallesinde yer alan güzel şirin bir butik otel. Odalar giriş yapmadan temizlenmişti hiç kötü koku leke vs. rastlamadım. Mağara odaların havası çok iyi uyku kalitesini arttırdığı kesin. Oda kahvaltı şeklinde olan konsepti kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği şeklinde olsa daha iyi olabilir. Dışarı da yemek yemek için güzel yerler sınırlı. Cem bey ve ekibi oldukça ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Sakin ve huzurlu bir 3 gün geçirdik."

"Odalar mağara ve taş tipi olduğu için oldukça serin. Sağolsunlar ısıtıcı istedik bir tane yetmedi iki tane verdiler. Odaların ve otelin tozu günlük alınırsa daha hijyenik olur. Kahvaltı biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bizimle ilgilenen Mehmet Kaya ağabeyimiz çok nazik ve kibar birisi. "Very basic amenities, but it was so well priced and spacious, so it was worth the stay. It’s probably best to have a rental car, because the Hotel is above the city center on a hill and a lot of the things to see in the area are a small drive away from the hotel. "

"We stayed one night in this hotel and we liked a lot. The room was beautiful and clean and in excellent condition. The staff was ver kind. The hotel is owned by a family of three. Ehran, the son, was the person we were in touch with, he was very helpful and responsive all the time through WhatsApp. Even when the hotel is not located in Goreme, where most of the restaurants and coffee places are, it is very easy to get there from the hotel with public transportation. Ehran would explain you how....

"The hotel is situated in a lovely little town which is peaceful and full of things to see. Our stay at Helios cave hotel was a wonderful experience, the rooms are truly magical and the staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend. "

"Room had no ventilation and a musty smell. It was not properly cleaned. When we checked in the bathroom sink was dirty and full of red hair. There was a used bandaid on the flooor next to my bed. I cleaned these myself with hand sanitiser. The toilet paper ran out and was not refilled. Despite complaints rhat they did not clean the room after our first night, they continued not to service the room. I stripped the beds and our private tour guide called them in but that’s the only day they cleaned...
