"Came to town for a winter Marquette basketball game weekend and this flat was as close as you can get to the FiServ Forum! Much appreciated in the cold. Beautiful sunsets from the back porch make me want to come back in the summer. A huge space! One bedroom had a perfect comfortable king bed and the other bedroom had a HARD king. Enormous couches in the living room, beautiful kitchen, big bathroom and tons of bars and restaurants within about two blocks. We parked in back and never used our car....

We learned that one needs to register with MPD for parking and there are restrictions. You can only park on the street for 3 days out of 30 and need to park on the odd side on odd days and even side on even nights. The WI-FI was poor. "Property description is accurate, yes you are staying above a very popular bar so you will hear the music late into the evening. We were there for a holiday weekend so this was just fine for us and our adult kids! Hosts communicated promptly and even provided a waffle bar and snacks! Loved being able to go downstairs and order food and drinks. We also walked to nearby restaurants, a perfect location to experience some lake life. Thank you!"

The building itself is a trash chute that reeks of marijuana and cigarettes, even in the room itself. other than that, the place was basically booby trapped as the chairs were loose and stove knobs were loose. other than that trash was constantly left right outside of the doors and left inside the place itself and it was never cleaned up. "Had a great stay with friends at the end of February 2025. Location was great and close to the lake. It is bright and cheery and plenty of room. Beds are comfy and the space was clean! Highly recommend! "
