" 4/5 2 minutes ago on Google I enjoyed my stay at the pineapple university very much. Room was satisfactory and clean, staff were friendly and the simple touches of free beverages etc were appreciated. However after checking out I was not informed about extra charges and fees that were added to my bill. I had prepaid this room in Canadian $ which had pushed the bill to $450 for a two night stay, this was fine but then to add another $96 for Washington tax and other incidentals which I was not informed about I thought was cheeky. I can’t say that $550c for a 2 night stay was worth it. I’ve stayed in much more luxurious hotels for less. Again I was not informed of this charge. I was informed of the parking charge of $20 per night and that is it. One would think that when you prepay for a hotel they would add the Washington tax, fees and amenity fee in when you book. Not make it an extra charge. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent. We had a kitchenette, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, but they could do a better job of labeling the food (omelette had meat in it). Parking was $20 extra though. Overall we had an amazing stay and we would stay here again."

"Very well kept facility and friendly staff. Rooms very clean and modern. Good breakfast included, a big plus. Nice to have a warm indoor pool for the kids to splash around in during the cold of winter. Perfect hotel to visit with my 5 and 9 year olds in tow."
