We walked to and from Old Town and the train station without a problem (and) could have ridden the bus which was close with the visitors card we were provided free for staying 2 nights. Our only problem was that the water in the shower did not drain (at all) so room flooded with each shower. Also didn’t have a hairdryer so I was out with wet hair in...

"Spectacular surroundings, unusual car lift to access car park. Some attractions (eg Stubai Glacier) access closed for ski season prep. Small supermarket close by. Confortable drinks lounge. No probs checking in or out."

"Don’t even look elsewhere just book it! This is literally in the middle of the town, has an amazing restaurant, and has that old school feel because it’s literally like 400+ years old - BUT it’s nicely updated on the inside! Don’t think twice just do it already!"

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. "Great property in a central location within walking distance to the old town and great location close to Alpenzoo and Top of Innsbruck. Parking at the property was very good too so if you’re driving I would definitely recommend the hotel. "

"The only reason we didn’t give a 5-star rating was because of the lack of soundproofing from outside our room even though the windows were double glazed. This is understandable given how old the hotel is. The pillows also need a lot more “body” - folding mine in half actually helped. We loved the crystalline tiles in the bathroom with the lovely refraction or light. The staff were great. "
