"Absolutely stunning property in a beautiful medieval town. Our host couldn’t be more accommodating. He took so much time showing us the rooms , area and the views . This town is off the tourist route but so worth a visit ! Come stay here !"

"Beautiful room with two balconies and lovely furnishings. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was cavernous. The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge. "

"Fantastic spot with delightful family and delicious breakfast! Parking super easy, rooms glorious, and loved the quiet location. "

"Over all very nice spot. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! The room was hot with no way to shut off the heater or cool it down. Also you need a code to get your key out of a box in front of the building. Not sure if we missed a message or what, but we never received a code. Thankfully there were other guests who let us use their code to retrieve our key otherwise I’m not sure if we would have gotten in that night. "

"Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable front desk staff. Very good breakfeast buffet and serviceable attendants. Perfect to explore the Monte del Castillo caves and Altamira museum and cave replica (footnote: reserve tickets ahead of time)."
