"The position was excellent. Easy access to Newcastle City centre. However, we paid for secure parking but the security gate was inoperable and remained open the entire time were there (5 days). If more than one car was in the carpark it was quite problematic as the turntable was also inoperable. "

A convenient location, so that we didn't use the car during our stay, enough comfy beds (although as our family adults are tall, double beds remind us why we like our queen beds). "Plenty of space being a two-story townhouse. The bedrooms were comfy. You were close to everything and easy to get an Uber to get around. The only negative we went to make breakfast and there wasn’t enough dinning plates or sharp knives to cut anything. More glassware would be great. "

"It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking "

Needed to chase up the leasing agent for access to the unit as the information wasn't automatically forwarded but both times I could speak with someone that was able to give me the necessary information. Great for an overnight stay and met our needs perfectly."
