"It was a nice stay. It would've been nice if i knew that there was a children's new year's event happening. I definitely wasn't expecting kids to be held up in the elevator but once I got to my room, I couldn't hear anything."

"Everyone was nice at the checkin. Went to coffee shop in morning and the young man had attitude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Not sure why a nice hotel would want someone with no personality waiting on customers. Perhaps a behind the scenes job would be better for him"

"The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Location is good in Ann Arbor. Near Briarwood mall and other shops and restaurants. Our room is very nice with the kitchen and even a big chair."

"Great accommodation. Clean and quiet. The only complaint is the shower layout was tough. In our opinion the shower floor should have something to keep the water from flowing out into the bathroom floor. We did try a bunch of ways to prevent this from happening but to no avail. "

"I booked the Hotel for an upcoming surgery. The beds were supportive, the pillows were comfortable, though had varying degrees of squish/support. Everything was clean and looked/felt fresh. The only downside was we couldn't get the smart tv to connect to the wifi, and the walls were rather thin, so you're going to hear your neighbors talk, laugh, caugh and listen to sports."

"It’s was really clean with a room right outside the indoor pool but to top it off with being clean was the price. With today’s economy it shows this hotel has affordable rooms that are quality and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. "

"The property is conveniently located right on Briarwood Mall. The only thing I don't like is how loud the room doors are when they close. I can hear other doors from our room and there were times that I woke up from the noise. "

"Checked in and everything was grand till I went in the bathroom, had not been cleaned. Everything else was good, and the front desk staff on night shift were incredible!! batbathroom... had not been "

"Shockingly nice hotel. The rooms are newly updated and very modern and nice having the balcony is a very nice touch. Front desk manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Truly goes above and beyond. "
