"Great space. Will visit there againb. Not sure why they told me tghere was limited parking. We had to park in a lot not close. Every night the parking lot appeared almost empty. Wish we could have parked at the facitilty. Onkly negative. "

"nice hotel and location. Staff was excellent and super courteous. Especially Badr at reception desk who went extra mile to support and the asian lady at breakfast section. A smile and a nice black coffee is all you need to begin your day. "

"Great location near Rotterdam Central station. Check in was efficient, given a detailed help list for our stay. Room was clean & tidy and provided many facilities except a microwave. Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good. "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. "The property was clean. Staff were attentive and friendly. A welcome pack with essentials was given, which was a nice touch. The apartment was in a great location. The view in 6b is very limited but nevertheless was nice to have a balcony, although not much privacy as it was on the ground floor. The toilet was seperate to the shower and it was very very small. "I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was so friendly and created such a great and safe vibe. We loved coming back at night just to hangout in the lobby with board games. The hotel itself was very quiet. One note for certain guests is that there is a step down into the room and a step up to get into the shower. That might hinder some people. The area is easy to get to, with two different tram lines nearby plus a bus that goes directly to the airport. It may be a little bit out from the city center but it feels safe. Most importantly as a woman I felt safe being here. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. "
