"Wir sind an einem Tag angekommen, als es 32 Grad Aussentemperatur hatte. Da der Bungalow mit der Fensterfront genau zur Nachmittag/Abendsonne gedreht ist, war der Bungalow bis nach 23 Uhr auf 42 Grad aufgeheizt! Der Ventilator hat nichts gebracht; eine AirCon gibt es nicht. Schlafen war in dieser Nacht nicht möglich. Nicht auszudenken, wenn wir 11 Tage ein solches Wetter gehabt hätten. Hatten wir aber nicht. Der Bungalow ist schön, aber schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist nicht mehr...

"Beautiful property with wonderful HostsErwin and Kim. The cottage was perfect with scenic views of wildlife and the countryside. We rented one of the electric boats for a day of canal exploring and a ride to town. Road the E-bikes around the countryside and to town. ALL their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a quiet weekend or for families with children."

"Loved our short stay in Noordwijk and this tiny house with a lovely enterieur design made it very comfortable for us. Nestled in a super nice neighborhood it is only a couple of minutes to the beach and also around the corner from the stores at the pedestrian zone. Yorick is a great host and helped with parking and any questions we had. We even got fresh eggs and a welcome drink."

"Lake House 74 exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 6 - 2 couples with our adult children. The location of the house was perfect - just outside of Leiden, situated along a canal. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Stephan was easy to contact, very responsive to all of our requests, and made us feel at home. He also had great suggestions for local activities. Be sure to rent a boat and drive through the canals to get to the center of Leiden. I would stay here again...

"Haus und Bilder wie in der Beschreibung. Für uns lag es gut um Städte wie Alkmar, Bergen, Amsterdam etc zu besuchen. Wijk an Zee ist ein sehr kleiner Ort mit schönen Strandpavillons, das besagte Stahlwerk am Ort hat 1-2mal etwas für seltsame Gerüche gesorgt, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. "

"We had a fantastic anniversary stay here. All the staff went above and beyond for us....including a canal view upgrade, a complimentary buffet breakfast for both of us and a sparkly bottle with a lovely card on arrival. "My stay at the Ruby Hotel was great. The ambience is so chic and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming always willing to the help. There was also a restaurant/bar with small bites in the hotel which I didn’t get to try but the menu was always provided when asked. Metro was a 5 min walk, about 3 dinning restaurants within a 5-10min walk. Very quiet and clean area with a lovely marina near by. Just a 10 min car ride to the AMS airport you cannot beat that. About a 15-20 min car ride tops to the center city attractions. But my only concern was housekeeping as they didn’t do a throughly room clean. "
