"We really enjoyed the novelty of staying on a houseboat. There is a restaurant and swim area in the marina which we took advantage of. There is also a convenience store, but it wasn't open when we were there. The nearby town of Naarden is adorable. The houseboat is new and in great condition. It is exactly as see in the photos. "it located on a golf court,so the environment is very quiet and beautiful.The room is comfortable and it has very big bathroom,this is awesome.Pool and parking are great,we were able to charge our car on the property too,very convenient.We definitely recommend Double Tree hotel!"

"I stayed in the apartments they are a 5 minute walk from the main hotel and Hilversum Train Station and shops the number 5 bus stops close by. The apartment was very nice and in very good condition. Public transport is very cheap so you can save a lot travelling to the tourist destinations from Hilversum."

"close to major freeways and nature trails. Receptionist not very helpful explaining how to get to the room. The building has been added on several times with different levels, numerous odd staircases and several elevators to negotiate to get to the room. Bathroom is odd: lots of unused floorspace, yet hardly any shelf space next to sink for toiletries. Room lacks sufficient electrical outlets. "
