"A quieter area of the city, perfect for families of you want to avoid the stag/hen dos and the crowds. However, still noisy if you need to open the window (kebab shop right outside and a busy road). Check in was easy via WhatsApp message. Amenities were ok, although we couldn't figure out the coffee machine and we did need to clean the sink area. "Brilliant apartment for a city break holiday. We stayed in the 4 bed two level studio apartment. It was located up 4 flights of steep windy Dutch stairs but you swiftly got the hang of how to navigate them. It was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. There was only the bathroom mirror which sometimes made getting ready a challenge. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Just far enough outside of the city to be really natural and not touristy. It’s a brisk 15 minute walk from the train station maybe 20. It’s on a rather long pier with incredible views of the water and some of the wind that goes with it, but it was worth it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The apartment was located very conveniently for museums and galleries, as well as the proximity to the tram and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also a lovely place to wander about and felt safe during the evening (though, you take your life in your hands crossing the cycle lane). The owners are clearly still working on the property as there was a lot of banging and hammering at 7am which may not be ideal if you've had a late night or like to sleep in....

"Good size rooms and view of the water was good. Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep.. "

"We liked how easy and flexibile the (contactless) check-in was. We opted for early check-in and everything was ready at noon, whwn we arrived. The common area with tables and a kitchen was a great plus."

Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. Location of property was good. Bus to free ferry to and from Amsterdam Centraal ran every 30 mins. The ferry was every 4 mins and took very little time to cross. "Fantastic stay would stay again. The only improvement would be cleanliness as the microwave was dirty and no sheets were provided for the sofa bed. However they do have an essential cupboard which you can help yourself to stuff that is needed. "
