"The place was beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was excellent. "

"The front desk staff was amazing. She was extremely friendly and helpful during my whole staff. And i feel like she went above and beyond to accommodate to me. And that is why i did not bother her with this next part. My room wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom waa the cleanest part of my room and my sheets were cleaned. And because of that and because of the front desk lady i did not complain. And i know if i would of said something to her she would of immediately switched my room but i was already tired and unpacked. So that is on me. The carpet was covered in visible dirt and ashes. Food and alcohol was left in the refrigerator. And the table surfaces were sticky and dirty. The phone in the room did not work at all. And the toilet paper rolls were both near empty. Again the front desk lady already went above and beyond for me. And i was tried after work and traveling and already unpacked before i noticed. And im positive if i would of said something i would of been moved so again that is my own fault. And i have stayed at this hotel more than a few times. Cleanliness has never been a issue with this hotel before. My rooms have always been up to acceptable standards. I do have photos but it's not allowing me to upload at this time. "

"The cabin was very charming and rustic, clean and equipped. We were lucky enough to visit when there was snow and got the full winter wonderland experience. The kitchen had all cooking necessities and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. Would definitely go back."
