"Horrendous 2 hour sleep. Room stank of cigarette smoke on arrival via the air conditioning system. It smelled damp and of cigarettes due to the cold air pumped from elsewhere in the building. Sink didn’t drain. Hair came UP out of the plug when you ran the tap water. Trains and noise from station broadcasts carried directly to the room as no protection from it. Great location, needs refurbishment

"We had a comfort room with castle view and it was breathtaking, it was spacious and bright. However, the hotel desperately needs refurbishment, we had loose tiles in the bathroom here and there and the whole vibe is shabby."
