"Ristrutturato tenendo conto delle antiche travi e strutture. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione tranquilla vicino al fiume canterno poco piu di un ruscello ma balneabile. Purtroppo un po’ troppo lontano dal Mugello nostra meta da cui dista 35 km di curve e non 17 come segnato sul sito. Ottima l’accoglienza e l’ospitalita’ di Claudio il proprietario ci torneremo x una vacanza "

"When we arrived at the estate, we were welcome by the very loving and caring owners. We were helped to our beautiful and clean apartment. As I mentioned car problems, they took me to a good mechanic in the nearby village who fixed it right away. Anything needed, we were always helped by staff on site.. During the visit, we enjoyed relaxing poolside and hiking as well as going sightseeing in Florence. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay and warm hospitality!"

"Farm house near a river. The apartment is on the ground floor part of the farm house, it has a large lounge kitchen diner with modern appliances, water from the tap is fresh spring water. Two bedrooms one large double and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. Modern Bathroom. The apartment was clean and comfortable. the host was friendly and spoke good English. There is parking outside the front door for one car and also a seating area at the front. The driveway up to the house is narrow but...

"...this is coming close to perfect. Borgo La Fratta is not far away from A1 strada, but is still too far away, so you could have peace and quite every time of the day! We have stayed in room no 1, which is actually a smallish 1bedroom apartment!! Can't complain there. The property also has an outside pool (my sone loved it!) and it is so close to the nearby lake as well (walking distance and there are some beaches as well).
