"The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."

"Een heerlijk verblijf in het huis van Patrick en Yvonne. Ze hebben ons goed verwelkomd en wisten ons nuttige tips te geven. De keuken is wat verouderd maar geeft zeker geen beperkingen. Het huis is koel, eventueel kan de airco ook aan. Dat was niet altijd nodig ofschoon we er midden in de hete weken waren. De badkamer is zeer comfortabel, een heerlijke doche! The guests from another appartment at the property share the entrance, you are therefore outside not totally privat, but inside the house you are . We would highly recommend this beautiful place!"

"We had a fantastic stay here - the quality of the apartment is very high and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Danielle was a lovely hostess and we managed to communicate well despite our limited French. The location is a beautiful and tranquil one outside the village and close to the lagoons. Lovely beaches, scenery and wildlife. We can't wait to return."

"We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. "Wir haben in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung die Gartenanlage mit Pool genossen, die Sonnenterrasse, die tolle Küche. Dank Klimaanlage und Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern ist die Wohnung auch bei heißem oder schwülem Wetter sehr angenehm. Genug Stellplatz für Fahrräder im verschlossenen Hof. Für Internet am besten ein Café aufsuchen - oder Geduld haben. Danielle und Jean sind großartige Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
