"The overall service was good, except for the guys at the Bar. Barman super rude and servers horrible! I had to stand up and ask for the menu several times, talk to the bartender which gave me a horrible treat pizza was burnt twice and flavor disgusting. At one moment I decided to get water from my room and the same rude bartender asked me to pay like if I was going to run away. Next time he should ask if I needed something else. "

"My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Roatan celebrating our anniversary. The staff at Paradise went above and beyond to make our trip special. There were flowers on the bed with chocolates when we checked in and surprised us the following day with a special anniversary dessert on the beach! The location is great, the beach fantastic, food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the courtesy airport transportation was hassle free! We’ll definitely be back!"

"I love the peacefulness of this hotel, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Even though it’s not a beach front property, they do provide transportation and access to a near by private island (Big French Key). There are multiple swimming pools. They have a couple of restaurants so no worries about where to eat early in the morning or late at night as one of them is a sports bar which by the way, has live music some days of the week. There’s also a supermarket very close to it so if you stay at one of the suites, you can stock the full size fridge with goodies ;-). Thanks to Alison and Eldon at the front desk because as always they are very friendly and knowledgeable."

"This place was fantastic! It had everything you needed so you wouldn’t need to go off property! The owners were very communicative via WHATS app and made check in super quick so we could start enjoying our vacation. The food and drinks were awesome. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip! A huge shout out to all the staff as they were very warm and called us each by our name .. we felt at home."
