"The guest cottage was so beautiful. The kitchen was well-equipped. The furniture had hand carvings on it. Bed was super comfortable. The views were spectacular. The drive to the old city, Spello, was only minutes away. We visited Assissi while we were there, another ancient town."

"Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. On the negative side, we did not have very much outside space and our table and sitting area were part of a shared area where other guests had breakfast or dinner so was not very private. "The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. "This is a most delightful place to stay in the heart of a very pretty and friendly town. We were warmly welcomed by the Hosts family who kindly gave us some delicious local olive oil and honey. The place was spotless, equipped with all we needed and has a most beautiful secluded garden with shade and comfortable chairs and table. We stayed an extra night as it was so enjoyable. We would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting a quiet and delightful place to stay at a most reasonable cost."
