"1：ドアーのカギが破損していて電子キーが作動しませんでした。点検整備なし。 2：変更された部屋の電球の1個発光していません。点検整備なし。 3：遮光カーテンが2枚必要な窓の幅に1枚しかないので追加要望しましたら、すぐ持ってくるとのことでした。しかしながら時間が30分してもないので、催促しましたら、別人が来まして、このホテルは、どこ部屋でも1枚しか使用していない。しかも、ジョージアでは、どこのホテルでも、日よけカーテンと遮光カーテンは1つの窓に1枚ずつと決まっていると言い、私の要望には対応出来ないとの回答でした。カーテンレールには、空いたカーテン吊下げ器具7～8個ありました。宿泊者をその場かぎりの客あつかいでした。 "
