"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "

The young, amiable Girunda at breakfast and the young men on the night shift, who were always there for us, were among the restaurant staff. The event planners and the housekeeping crew are an excellent team."

I’d requested a quiet bedroom and they indeed gave me a totally quiet room which was also very comfortable, gorgeous, with a fantastic bathroom and very cozy bed. I also requested a late checkout given my flight time and they immediately said it wasn’t a problem. I hope to go back!"
