"The design of this modern cabin maximizes the spectacular Arkansas Grand Canyon views from all 3 bedrooms and the two-story windows of the living area. The hot tub and fire pit are situated to take advantage of the views as well. The beds are extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets and extras if needed. The home comes equipped with EVERY necessity and even extra touches like the welcome kit with water and snacks and suggested excursions around the area. Go see the elk in Box...

"The views are so beautiful. The house is huge and has so many extras. Indoor & outdoor cooking equipment of every kind, 2 hot tubs, elevator, fire pit, fishing pond. It feels like you’re on the highest point in the Ozarks, you can actually see for miles. We took family photos while there, the backdrop is breathtaking. "

"The three Goetz siblings and their extended family of 18 total slept comfortably at the Perch! Beautiful view of Horseshoe Canyon! Near to the Buffalo River and Lost Valley Trail plus others. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family meals. Spacious dining tables for eating and games! Outdoor fire pit was lovely! Very clean and well kept facility. Would highly recommend! Communication with the host was quick and easy!"
