"Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."

"The rental property was great. Two bedrooms nice and spacious. Plenty of parking. It's a pretty quiet area. The only reason it's not a five-star rating is the internet is horrible. The TVs disconnect from the internet every 30 minutes or so and I tried to use the Wi-Fi and could not because it was so slow. Other than that it was a great experience and I would stay again."

"My son stayed here while he was going to school there for 6 weeks. It was absolutely perfect! Very clean and the view was great! Hot tub was very nice also. Betsy was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is the lower half of a house. It’s nicely fixed up and furnished. A well-stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and a comfortable bed. Checking in was a little complicated because info was on the property management website instead of Vrbo. Only real concern is that it’s a basement and there’s no egress except through the front door. Could be a hazard in case of a fire. Overall, would stay here again!"

"the property was perfect and big enough for more than 2! i will say the wifi is a bit slow even though u should be exploring outside, the bed is a bit stiff, and location is further down the street and up a steep hill so be prepared for that! the area had plenty to do and enjoy, scenery was actually insanely beautiful, and the hot tub was outstanding!! great communication with owner and excellent amenities. would go again!!
