"Lovely hotel. Very comfortable, largel room tastefully decorated with good amenities (Bvgari). Gorgeous spa area with hamam and gym. Great location right in the middle of Perast on the sea. If the road is open ( closed during high season) do not drive in as it is extremely tight two way traffic. Staff will get you and your bags from the parking area some distance away"

"It's a beautiful place, and we enjoyed our stay! Given that we opted for the all-inclusive option, it would also be beneficial to ensure guests can still order food outside the designated meal times. We went for dinner early, and later on in the evening, we were hungry, and there was no option for room service for us to order food! "

"Wonderful hotel, staff super friendly and attentive. Stayed here for a week. I’d recommend getting a car to visit nearby kotor, tivat and other sites Montenegro has to offer. If you’re staying at the hotel parking is free. I’d recommend the restaurants around the hotel as well. "

"The property was ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town. The staff on arrival and throughtout were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was consistently very good/excellent! The rooms were spacious, warm, cosy, clean and were cleaned daily! I would definately revisit and recommend. "

"The hotel was fantastic, the room was great and the view from the room was wonderful. There was parking just outside the hotel, which really helps when you are traveling with a car. The reception staff was amazing, taking care of any request or question that we had immediately, even sometimes without us needing to ask (special thanks to Jovana from the reception team). "

"Such a gorgeous hotel with really lovely staff. We had a room with a kitchenette overlooking the pool which id really recommend. The hotel is halfway between Kotor and Tivat, both of which are so different depending on what you like "

"The property is located in the middle of the old town. It was amazing to see how the old town changed from a busy touristy place to a calm and serene at night. The staff at the hotel were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again if we go to Kotor again."

"The hotel location was wonderful. Breakfast was ample and excellent. The hotel amenities and restaurants were excellent. The pool was especially lovely and was near the sea. The only thing that I could recommend improving would be adding a tea service in the room and doing some updating in the room as it was starting to look a little frayed around the edges. The balcony was also very nice. "

"Location of hotel is good with access to the beach and cafe. It's a short distance from the old town with a bus stop just outside the hotel which cost 1 Euro. I had a room in the adjacent building in -1 level with a garden view. Room was nice but some details showing signs of age and wear especially the bathroom. Sauna facility was good. "Our suite was clean and modern with excellent amenities. The small kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice shower. Breakfast was abundant and delicious! We appreciated the warm friendly staff. The rooftop pool was beautiful though we didn’t swim as the weather was cool. This hotel was located within easy walking distance of the promenade and beach as well as restaurants. Great place to stay!"

"We spent ten days in this beautiful place and we are delighted. Great family atmosphere and wonderful hospitable owners. Despite the heatwave and 40 degrees outside the flat was cool and you could go downstairs to the pool at any time. All was completes by a wonderful view from a large terrace on the bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. A place worth recommending and for sure we will return there again. "

Villa 22 ,beautiful villa with a gorgeous view on Boka bay

Quality Property with friendly owners!

"The property was excellent, short but very steep walk down to the town with lots of sea front places to eat. The Owners were very helpful and keep the property very clean, it offers wonderful views of the bay. Car is essential, would strongly suggest not flying in via Tivet Airport as its not equipped to handle the number of passengers!"

Wrong address

"This is not in the area advertised, we only found out on our way to the apartment that this was not in the area advertised, It was extremely difficult to get the actual address. We left first thing the next morning as there was nothing around the area and the only internet access was in the stairwell, no tv or facilities. This is a scam."

"We had a lovely stay. The house and location was perfect for us. Close to Herceg Novi but quiet location with stunning views and lovely pool. We loved Herceg Novi as quieter than Kotor and a great location for exploring the whole bay. Recommend the water taxi over to Rose Beach. Plus you have the best restaurant I think I have ever been to 5 mins walk- the old mill. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday."

"This is a 5 star property. It appears to be new and very wide, bright and cool with beautiful new appliances. It has amazing views and we all had a great time. The owner checked in to ask if we would need anything almost daily via text/email. The place is safe and family friendly."
