"Gorgeous property! Lovely room that was clean and comfortable. Outside had many different seating areas to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace or sit out and lounge by the water. It’s about a 45 minute walk into old town Kotor and Ubers are not available (taxi only) so keep that in mind but it was phenomenal and the hosts were very kind."

"A good hotel away from the busy nature of Kotor, but this does make for a difficult drive on a narrow road, so be prepared for that. Brilliant views over the bay, a wide range of breakfast choices, and a well featured menu for evening dining. There isnt enough parking at the hotel, only about 5 spaces for 20 rooms. I was told I could not reserve any parking, yet when I arrived there was an empty space, which I was told I could not use as it was reserved. An alternative was offered but it was a...

"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We booked Premium Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, the apartment was very nice and elegant in decoration, rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was with our reservation, it was by order not a buffet which was a fantastic choice for us. Many dishes were served. All staff made our stay fantastic specially Ms Teodora. She has arranged almost everything for us from arrival to the hotel till the end of our journey in Tivat!"

"I recently stayed at the Regent Porto Montenegro in Tivat, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel’s atmosphere, service, and attention to detail were exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The surroundings were beautiful, and everything felt luxurious and relaxing. "The property is located in the middle of the old town. It was amazing to see how the old town changed from a busy touristy place to a calm and serene at night. The staff at the hotel were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again if we go to Kotor again."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable hotel that exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The location is simply stunning — nestled right along the coast, with breathtaking bay views. The service was exceptional. We were the only guests there (offseason) and the woman whose name I forgot went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive, offering local tips and making me feel like a I was at her home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Included in the room rate, it was an absolute treat. Freshly made pastries everyday, locally sourced fruits, and warm comforting Cappuccinos. The tables overlooking the sea on the deck provided the perfect setting to start the day. The hotel itself had such a charming, 8th century feel with stone walls and circular staircases. All in all, this hotel blew my mind. It truly set a new standard for what a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable stay should be. I can’t recommend it enough"

Perfect holiday

"We spent a week at the Stone House in Prcanj, and it was perfect in every way. After being warmly welcomed we quickly slipped into a relaxed holiday mode, and made the most of all the area has to offer. The apartment was the perfect base for all holiday adventures and provided everything required. The whole booking and arrival process was very straight forward and the local representatives could not do enough to help with any request. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation."

BEST TERRACE IN PRCANJ - As Featured on 'A Place in the Sun'

Great place, great communication

"We stayed at this property in August of 2024 for only 1 night. We wished it had been more. The property is within an easy drive of the old city, and Julie very helpfully gave us advice on where to park when we went there. The air conditioning works great (August is very hot). We loved the outdoor patio! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms might have annoyed our kids if we had brought with us, as they are adults and the ceilings in those rooms are a tad low. But that's a personal choice and doesn't take away from the property at all (but it could be a dealbreaker for some, like if I'd brought my mother). It's worth a shout-out to Julie for being a fantastic communicator. She was quick and also very patient. I had a million questions and she was upbeat and pleasant and helpful every time. Advice to any Americans who rent here: our phones stopped working at the Montenegran border, and I couldn't access the instructions for getting into the property. My advice is to take screenshots before you go. Thankfully the downstairs property owner knew where the key box was and I remembered the code - it's not in an obvious spot. Overall 5/5 stars. Would recommend to a friend."

Very misleading property advert however great location

"The location and views from the property were amazing however the photos that were taken to advertise the property are very misleading and must have been taken some years ago. The property is very dated, and very unkept outside, the bbq area is unusable as it is disgustingly dirty, the cutlery and cups were also really dirty, the duvets supplied were all stained, the communication from the owner and their representative was really poor."
