"I visited my college aged son over the weeend for a special event and wanted to stay somewhere with a little something special rather than a hotel. This property exceeded my expectations. Even with winter still lingering, the lake view was spectacular and was highlighted by the home's back wall of windows. Also, Don is a very responsive host and made sure the home had everything you could need - grill, grill tools, pots/pans, appliances, etc. I truly appreciated the hospitality. I hope to stay...

"We had a great weekend getaway. The property is wonderful, very clean and nicely renovated. The grounds are nice and tranquil and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike in Bear Mountain. The host was super responsive when we needed help. I would highly recommend it the home."

The location was super convenient to hiking, snow tubing and indoor playareas. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable - we slept great especially after using the hot tub!"

"My family and I had a fantastic stay! The house was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected, making it the perfect home base for our weekend trip to Mount Peter. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My parents live nearby in Warwick and this will definitely be my go-to VRBO recommendation for anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Best views on Greenwood Lake. Lots of outdoor seating choices all with views. Fishing okay. Interior nothing special. Bring your passwords for streaming services on TV."

"A second stay at this home. The location truly can't be beat at this cozy historic home. The home has lots of charm from the wood floors, to the covered front porch, to the nice backyard. Restaurants and Pubs are a quick walk, a wine store is a few paces away for that relaxing end-of-night glass. I previously reviewed the place and noted a lack of a baking sheet (as did a prior reviewer). We purchased one for the kitchen on our stay as well as a stock pot - cold night air called for a pot...

"Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money."
