"Nice resort, but a little overwhelmed/ understaffed. A few minor issues, like infrequent hot water in the shower and the room would get randomly hot during some parts of the night unless you kept the thermostat on “cool” (but if you kept it on “cool” instead of “heat” all night, eventually the room would get too cold, as it is 10-20 degrees outside).
