"This was one of the cleanest short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Inside and out, the place was very clean. The owners provide several games and activities, including a game table and bumper pool, that the kids loved. It has a great view and backyard access to the Cullasaja River. It is located halfway between Franklin and Highlands, and is within just a few miles of multiple, easy-access waterfalls. "

"We weren’t there much. We slept and showered not much else at the house. I did enjoy the rockers on the back porch. Everything was comfortable. I would stay again. "

"We had 3 generations during our stay and everyone had a great time. The beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, it was clean and there is plenty of space. The hosts are easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. The views are beautiful, we loved hearing the woodpeckers and other wildlife.
