"We stayed 5 nights while we were visiting our daughter in Marysville, Ohio for Thanksgiving. The room was lovely, so clean & perfectly warm which we could control the heat. The staff also excellent from check in to the maintenance person checking every morning to see if we needed anything like extra towels or removing trash, to the woman we saw everyday when we went in for breakfast, which was perfect, coffee, waffles, bagels, fruit & much more. It was also very reasonable and the veterans discount was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!"

"The bathroom faucet is useless, took a while to get hot water, the alarm clock could not be set to the correct time, and the bathroom fan does not work. Also the foyer light switch required two switches to be ON. but the hotel staff was excellent!"
