No noise or smell in bathrooms when we were there. This is not a standard hotel, staff at front desk are only around certain hours. Basic housekeeping. Had washer and dryer. Best part walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery and beautiful Victoria park "

Chermside a 3 minute walk no driving . It just does not get any better. Hope l get to stay again and fir longer."
