"The house is large and the living space is good. It’s an older home that needs some upgrades. The musty smell as you enter the home should be addressed. 9 bedrooms sleeps a bunch, but only 1 small bathroom for 4 bedrooms on the second floor is inadequate. We stayed during cool weather but the house is set up well for a summertime visit. "

"Clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful location. We really enjoyed it, especially being by the creek. The only hiccups were that the water/sewage had a bad smell and there were a lot of half eaten food in the fridge when we got there. "

"This was our fourth trip to Kiawah with our 2 daughters, who are now young adults. The home is accurately represented on the website. We were very comfortable and enjoyed having an outside hose for rinsing after the beach and covered parking. The screened in porch was a very nice feature. The location is outstanding, with quick access to the beach and trails."

"I would love to give Excellent ratings, but the smell of smoke was so strong in the elevator and in my room that it irritated my eyes and throat. The room size was wonderful and having a full kitchen was a game changer. Great communication with staff and security was great as well. "

"My stay at The Quarters on Spring was a great experience overall. The communication with the hosts was excellent, making check-in and any questions I had a breeze. The space was clean, though not spotless, and a few minor maintenance issues stood out—a broken picture frame, and a non-working lightbulb on one of the bedside lamps. The property itself could use a bit of upkeep, but it was still comfortable. The biggest downside was the noise from outside, which might be an issue for light...
