"The house is large and the living space is good. It’s an older home that needs some upgrades. The musty smell as you enter the home should be addressed. 9 bedrooms sleeps a bunch, but only 1 small bathroom for 4 bedrooms on the second floor is inadequate. We stayed during cool weather but the house is set up well for a summertime visit. "

We were very comfortable and enjoyed having an outside hose for rinsing after the beach and covered parking. The screened in porch was a very nice feature. The location is outstanding, with quick access to the beach and trails."

"Our daughter lives in the area and it was very convenient to be able to see her. It was away from all the hubbub and in a quiet neighborhood yet it was a good starting point for all the area has to offer. Not too far from the IOP Conn for beach access. Actually more room than we thought."

"Very nice overall, just a few continous improvement feedback comments re: the coffee maker was dirty on first pulling it out from the cupboard, and on attempting to clean it I did break the glass pot in the sink, as I noted to the managers at the time. A new/better/clean coffee maker would help much. Also, the door entry code was tricky to use. Lastly, my daughter and I both reacted with recurring repeated sneeze attacks over the stay, so perhaps the carpeting should be steam cleaned? Thank...

"Working at a local hospital as a travel nurse, this place was perfect. Very close to the hospital, an easy drive, and the place was very clean, safe, and indeed like an apartment! Highly recommend!"
