Very clean with many appreciated supplies (kitchen well stocked and even adaptors for charging devices). Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it’s convenient to food market and bus station. "Had a wonderful week at the Golf Lodge with my family. The house is perfect for large groups. Family room and kitchen were very comfortable and the views from every room were breathtaking. We had 4 golfers and they found the location convenient for travel to other courses. You must have a car as the house sits about a mile from town(which is small but so charming). My only fault was that other than the master, all bedrooms have twin beds. Would have been nice if there was an option to put beds...

"Had a great stay in Arbroath. Property was perfect for our party of 6 , very clean and well equipped and close to Carnoustie GC where we were all week. Some great pubs nearby for eating out too. "Excellent townhouse, right in the centre of St Andrews, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious and perfect for our family with 3 young children and 2 teenagers. Kitchen well equipped ( although the microwave needs fixing - the control knob is faulty). A lovely family long weekend away. "

"Kevin’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed for two nights and the house was a great place to recharge during our across Scotland voyage. Downtown St. Andrews was only 1.3 miles away and many of us took advantage of the close proximity to walk into town and enjoy the nice summer weather. "

"Outstanding place for a St Andrews golf trip for 4 players. Each of the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are perfect. Kitchen is very modern and well outfitted. Family room comfortable enough for twice the size and there is a cozy outdoor dining area. Walk to dozens of restaurants and pubs and easy 15 minute walk to the Old Course. We even walked over with our clubs on our backs...so easy."
