"The Carriage House was so comfy and convenient. The location was in easy reach of local arteries making my visiting time simple. The chickens, goats, turkeys, and ducks were fun to watch and chat with (yes I talk to animals)! All of the appliances worked well including the Wifi which can be iffy in those parts. "Great property near all the cool things around Lake Hopatcong and super close to Sparta and Lake Mohawk. Our daughter has a home nearby but not big enough to host 10 family members. We used this property as home base and so glad we did. Spacious living and dining rooms, great kitchen with all the amenities, nice sized bedrooms - what more to ask for. Oh did I mention that it is on the water!!! We will be back in the summer! Thanks Tony (property manager) for all you did."

"The house sits high up on the hill with a big deck overlooking the lake. Viewing the lake with coffee in AM, watching the lake activity during day and seeing the moon and lights across the water with a glass of wine at night was lovely. The lake in front of the house is a no wake zone which affords a calmer setting which was really nice. The owner lives in the area and was quickly attentive to answer questions and resolve any small issues that came up. Highly recommend this home."

"This house was a great find! We were attending a wedding at Lake Hopatcong and instead of staying in a bunch of hotel rooms, we choose this home. Four spacious bedrooms, extra beds for additional guests and everything we needed to enjoy being together as a family. Having to travel from North Carolina, my husband and I had to work remotely one day during our stay. The bedrooms upstairs had nice desk space to accommodate private space for us to work. The view of the lake made the stay even more...
