"Stay was fine and accommodated our needs."

"Booked the camper for the weekend. When it turned out it was going to be cold and rainy vinnie generously offered to let me stay at another place on his property instead! This was the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature!"

"Home was very spacious and comfortably slept my family of 5 while skiing Waterville Valley. Loved the layout. Home was well maintained and spotless. Comunicated with property manager once and she addressed my need very quickly. You will not regret staying at this home. "

The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house."

"The property and house were beautiful, however, it was advertised as four bedrooms. I assumed that all four bedrooms would be heated, but the one in the basement did not have heat. This would be an amazing summer rental, but the bedroom in the basement could not be utilized and people had to sleep on the couch upstairs where there was heat "

"Nice cabin on a pond in Conway, NH. Very enjoyable place. "

"Very clean and well organized. Comfortable beds. Kids loved all the board games.Only complaint is that the heating system is very close to two of the bedrooms so was loud and inconsistent at night. This is definitely priced into the rent because the place was very reasonably priced."

"The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them."

"Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. "

"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

"This is our second year in a row - and our third time overall - staying at this home for our annual family ski trip to King Pine. We love the open floor plan of the main floor that allows us to be in the kitchen but still able to be with everyone else. Bring toilet paper and paper towels if you’ll be staying more than a night or two. The hosts are wonderful and communication was excellent. We’re looking forward to staying again!"

You can’t beat the location when you are a short walk to the lively public beach while also sitting on a cool quiet tributary with a private dock.
