The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. "The property is at a high level of accommodation for the area, however, broken fixtures and leaking toilets across the bathroom floor were issues we faced. The room did not match the online pictures. This was pointed out and the room changed. Staff were friendly and attentive for the most part. Food was good. "

" We stayed at Chayna Lodge for 2 nights before we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. The staff was amazing, especially Omar. He was so kind and helpful for our entire state. When we left to hike mountain, they were kind enough to hold onto our luggage and put our personal items in a locked safe. The property is beautiful and well cared for. the breakfast buffet was great and included an omelette station. I would definitely go back and visit. "
