"This property was exactly as photographed. It is close to the park where the holiday fun run was happening. The beds were comfortable. The host accommodated a specific request I had, which I greatly appreciated. We would come back!"

"This was a nice location to use Richmond as a half-way point when gathering family for Thanksgiving. The property had a unique character and a lot of bedrooms, which was a plus for our group. There was also a good amount to see and do within walking distance, even if the area did sometimes feel deserted, probably because VCU was on break. The one drawback for our group was that the two common areas (kitchen and living room) were small, making it difficult to all gather in one place."

"We stayed here for a close location yo a field hockey tournament. It was so clean, close and in a safe area! It was dark on the way home so it took some getting used to! Lol. But place was clean, well lit and well stocked for 2 moms and 2 teen girls. Would definitely use again! "

"My wife, son, and 2 dogs stayed here over Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. Communication with Delores was easy and she was very responsive. The back yard was great, my son and 2 dogs had a blast playing in all the leaves and there was plenty of space for them to run around. The inside of the home is dated and because of that can seem not as clean as it actually is. We would absolutely recommend others stay here and if we're ever back in the area wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks...

"Had everything we needed. One shower was a problem, did not get hot. Main door handle needs work, kept falling off. Multiple birds in the tree in the back covere the vehicles with droppings. Otherwise all good"

"Stayed one night with family for wedding in Richmond. Wonderful accommodations. Lovely themes in each room and Carver Historic District so convenient to everything Patio setting an A+ for visiting and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone looking for cozy, clean, and good accommodations in Richmond. "

"Our extended family of all ages plus one small dog greatly enjoyed our stay in this home! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, extra bathrooms, and a functional kitchen. The fenced-in back yard is perfect for pets and children. Street parking was easy and a nice playground at the end of the block and a small store a few blocks over were nice to have nearby. We would stay here again!"

The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked, and we had everything we needed for a lovely family get together that included baking, movie watching and playing with the dogs in a safe, enclosed yard.
